Jessica Lynn Woynilko (born May 1, 1999) is an American professional wrestler and former gymnast. She is most known for performing under the ring name Tiffany Stratton in WWE, where she is a one-time WWE Women's Champion, one-time WWE Women's United States Champion, one-time NXT Women's Champion, and the winner of the 2024 Women's Money in the Bank.

Tiffany has participated in several gymnast competitions, such as Winter Classic, Colorado Springs, Elite Challenge, and Battle Creek. She has also won weightlifting and bodybuilding championships. Stratton signed with WWE in August 2021 and debuted in November.
