Biography

Ijal Papua (born Muhammad Rijal Akbar Yelipele in Wamena, Papua, in 1999) is an Indonesian stand-up comedian, content creator, and actor. Also known as "Pace Sunda", he moved to Bandung, West Java, in 2012 to attend a junior high school boarding school. Because he has lived in West Java since middle school and through his university years, he speaks Sundanese with native-level fluency—often joking that he occasionally forgets his native Papuan language when talking to his mother on the phone.
