Overview
A top-secret operative is summoned back to service in order to dispatch with an enemy agent who is preying on American soldiers in Hong Kong. The Black Dahlia is using a secret weapon against our boys abroad, and now the chemists at El Qaeda have laced his semen with a killer virus. When The Black Dahlia seduces Jake's best friend Donald, Jake must race to the rescue before it's too late. Years ago, Jake and the Black Dahlia were lovers.
